| Please be advised that on Wednesday, March 2nd, an Open House will be held to present the proposed Land Use Redesignation and Outline Plan for Belvedere Ranches, the land adjacent to the community of Patterson Heights, directly west of Patterson Close. | |
| Some of the proposed elements, concepts, and features include – 15 estate sized lots, 50 % natural habitat open space, and a beautified and enhanced entrance area. | |
| The entrance area (immediately off of Patterson Boulevard) will have a new relocated and reconstructed waterfall; a second water feature with shallow plunge / terrace pools; added vegetation and revegetation with native trees, grasses, and shrubs; and a scenic walking path linked to the entrance area. | |
