| This is the latest version of the proposal which is on lands adjacent to the existing Patterson Community - 60 acres that were previously owned by CDC (50 acres) and LaTerra (10 acres). | |
| The proposal is for a mix of RM4 multi-family, higher density townhouses and RM1 single family houses, with the housing development compressed into about 1/4 of the total land area. | |
| The remaining 3/4 of the land area will be maintained as a mix of MR (municipal reserve) and ER (environmental reserve. | |
| This is a more sensitive form of development that we have previously seen proposed on this site and therefore a relatively positive approach. | |
